I. DISCLAIMERS

By placing an order, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read them entirely and carefully, as I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

The Terms of Service (TOS) and prices are subject to change at any time. You are only bound by the TOS and prices agreed upon at the time of your request.

I reserve the right to reject any commission for undisclosed reasons, or refund it at any point if I cannot deliver.

All commissions will be strictly delivered digitally.

The art style may be subtly adjusted to better suit your character, and there may be slight differences between the samples in my portfolio and the final illustration.

The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated; any such behavior will result in the cancellation of your commission.

II. USER AGREEMENT

By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms described herein, and agree to use the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless agreed upon otherwise, and to provide proper credit to me.

Any violation of these terms will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.

Neither the Commissioner nor the Artist shall disclose each other's personal or contact information (including, but not limited to, private messages exchanged during the commission process) to any third parties without obtaining explicit consent from both parties.

The Commissioner must respect my artistic style and cannot request alterations to it. I reserve the right to reject critiques that may negatively affect the artistic quality of the piece.

III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

Carefully read and understand these Terms of Service and the provided commission information.

Provide clear and detailed reference images (pose ideas, color palettes, lighting, etc.). 3D models or figurine references are preferred!

Respond promptly to requests for information or feedback.

You are responsible for any missing or unclear information that may result in delays or unsatisfactory work.

Please ensure you submit all the necessary details you want me to follow. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory elements if no feedback was given to amend them.

IV. PAYMENT & FEES

Full payment is required upfront before I begin working on your commission. No exceptions unless previously discussed.

I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of the transaction.

Failure of payment will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.

Additional fees may apply if the maximum amount of allowed revisions is exceeded (see 'Revisions' section below).

The total price of the commission may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

I may personally choose to enhance the artwork further at my discretion, and I will not charge extra for the additional work. However, please note that this may potentially affect the ETA, and any necessary deadline extensions will require your approval. I will not tolerate any pressuring for free add-ons.

V. REFUNDS

Strictly no refunds allowed. Please ensure you are fully committed before commissioning me.

I will issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid, only if I am unable to complete your commission.

I will NOT cover any monetary loss incurred from transaction fees charged by any platform, neither after the initial payment nor following a refund.

VI. REVISIONS

You are allowed up to 3 revisions in total: 1 major revision and 2 minor revisions, at no additional charge, up until the coloring stage. No further revisions will be accepted beyond the third stage (Base Colors).

Major changes can only be made during the Sketch stage. Once the sketch is fully approved, and I move on to lining and coloring, major changes will no longer be accepted, only minor corrections will be allowed.

Any revisions to the character or subject beyond the initial 3 will incur additional fees, which will vary depending on the nature of the change.

I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is made for a second order.

Revisions due to my mistake will be free of charge.

SKEB / Surprise Me commissions will have different terms (see 'SKEB Revisions' section below).

VII. SKEB

All of the terms outlined here (from section 1 to 10) apply to Skeb as well (excluding section 6 and part of section 8).

Please note that I will not provide sketches or WIPs, unless I decide to do so at my discretion. Therefore, I will NOT allow any revisions.

VIII. WORKFLOW

The general estimated time of arrival (ETA) is 1-3 months, depending on the type of artwork (bust-ups typically take a week).

The given ETA will apply after the final sketch is approved. (unavailable for skeb)

I will work on commissions in the order received within my waitlist/commission queue.

Delays may occur due to unpredictable life events. I will notify you as soon as possible should any issues arise, thank you for your understanding.

The process is divided into four stages:

I. Sketch (initial + final)

II. Lineart

III. Base Colors

IV. Rendering (initial + final)

I will send work-in-progress (WIP) updates throughout the process at each stage, via your preferred method of contact. Please kindly provide feedback after receiving each WIP. (unavailable for skeb)

No progress will be made until the final sketch is approved. (unavailable for skeb)

Sketches and WIPs will be shared through screenshots. (unavailable for skeb)

No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.

IX. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

I, as the Artist, retain all the intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork.

I reserve the right to use the artwork as a sample in my portfolio, and to share it on social media.

I may stream, record, and upload videos of the creation process.

The characters in the commission remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

The commissioned work is strictly for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

You are required to credit me when sharing or using the commissioned artwork, even if you have purchased commercial rights.

If you wish to use the artwork commercially, please consult with me for proper licensing.

You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:

Print for personal use.

Crop or resize for use as avatars, headers, etc.

Adjust hue, saturation, and brightness.

Post on social media with proper credit. However, it is prohibited to use my work for self-promotion on any platform without paying for the appropriate commercial use license.

You may NOT:

Claim the artwork as your own.

Remove my watermark or signature.

Alter the artwork in any way not specified above.

Use the artwork for blockchain-related technology, including NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, generative AI or any future innovations in related fields.

Use the artwork commercially without purchasing the necessary commercial rights from me.

X. FINAL PRODUCT

Final artwork will be delivered as PNG files via a shared Google Drive link.

The artwork will be delivered in A3 size (4961 x 3508 px) or 4K resolution (4000 x 4000 px) at 300 or 350 dpi, unless requested otherwise before work begins.

A transparent version will only be provided upon request.

PSD files are available for an additional fee but will not be optimized for rigging animation.

Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use it on any platform.

You are responsible for saving all the provided files.

The files will be available for a limited time (up to 3 months). However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
