I. Disclaimers

The Terms of Service (TOS) and prices are subject to change at any time. You are only bound by the TOS and prices agreed upon at the time of your request.

I reserve the right to reject any commission for undisclosed reasons.

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated; any such behavior will result in the cancellation of your commission.

The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

II. General Terms

All commissions will be delivered digitally.

Unless specified otherwise, commissions will, by default, include a simple background. A more detailed background will incur an additional charge.

The art style may vary slightly to suit your character.

Failure of payment will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.

No refunds are allowed once the payment is made. Please ensure you are fully committed before commissioning me.

III. Payment & Fees

A 50% deposit is required after I send the sketch, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of the piece and prior to delivery of the final artwork.

Additional fees may apply if the maximum amount of allowed revisions is exceeded (see 'Revisions' section below).

IV. Client Obligations

By sending your references, you confirm your intent to commission me and agree to pay upon completion.

Provide clear and detailed reference images (pose ideas, color palettes, lighting, etc.). 3D models or figurine references are preferred!

Respond promptly to requests for information or feedback.

You are responsible for any missing or unclear information that may result in delays or unsatisfactory work.

Carefully read and understand these Terms of Service and the provided Commission Information.

V. Revisions

You are allowed up to 5 revisions throughout the commission process, excluding the final rendering, at no additional charge.

Any revisions beyond the initial 5 will incur additional fees.

Revisions due to my mistake will be free of charge.

VI. Process & Work Schedule

ETA: 1–21 days.

The artwork will be delivered in A3 size (4961 x 3508 px) or 4K resolution (4000 x 4000 px) at 300 dpi. The final size may vary depending on the artwork.

A low-resolution, heavily watermarked sketch will be sent for approval before proceeding.

I will send work-in-progress (WIP) updates throughout the process, via your preferred method of contact.

Sketches and WIPs will be shared in a low-resolution, heavily watermarked format.

Delays may occur due to unpredictable life events. I will notify you as soon as possible should any issues arise, thank you for your understanding.

VII. Copyright & Usage Policy

I, as the artist, retain the rights to the commissioned work.

I reserve the right to use the artwork as a sample in my portfolio, and share it on social media.

I may stream, record, and upload videos of the creation process.

The characters in the commission remain the property of their respective owners.

The commissioned work is strictly for personal use only, unless agreed otherwise.

You are required to credit me when sharing or using the commissioned artwork, even if commercial rights have been purchased.

If you wish to use the artwork commercially, please contact me for the proper licensing.

You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:

Print for personal use.

Crop or resize for use as avatars, headers, thumbnails, etc.

Adjust hue, saturation, and brightness.

Post on social media, with proper credit.

You may NOT:

Claim the artwork as your own.

Remove my watermark/signature.

Alter the artwork in any way not specified above.

Use the artwork for NFTs, cryptocurrency, or generative AI.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the necessary rights from me.

VIII. What You Will Receive

Final artwork will be delivered as PNG files via a shared Google Drive link.

For an additional fee, you may request the PSD file of your commission.
