I. DISCLAIMERS

By placing an order, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read them entirely and carefully, as I will refuse your commission if you do not agree to these terms.

The Terms of Service (TOS) and prices are subject to change at any time. You are only bound by the TOS and prices agreed upon at the time of your request.

I reserve the right to reject any commission for undisclosed reasons, or refund it at any point if I cannot deliver.

All commissions are digital only, no physical items will be shipped.

Slight art style adjustments may occur to best suit your character, therefore there may be slight differences between the samples in my portfolio and the final piece.

The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated; any such behavior will result in the cancellation of your commission.

II. USER AGREEMENT

By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms described herein, and agree to use the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.

Proper credit (e.g. https://vgen.co/moengli) is required when posting my art.

Any violation of these terms will result in being blacklisted from future commissions.

Neither the Commissioner nor the Artist shall disclose each other's personal or contact information (including, but not limited to, private messages exchanged during the commission process) to any third parties without obtaining explicit prior consent from both parties.

III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

Carefully read and understand these Terms of Service and the provided commission information.

Provide clear and detailed reference images (pose ideas, color palettes, lighting, etc.). 3D models or figurine references are preferred! Do note that the more references sent, the better the outcome of the final artwork.

Respond promptly to requests for information or feedback.

You are responsible for any missing or unclear information that may result in delays or unsatisfactory work.

Please ensure you submit all the necessary details you want me to follow to bring your vision to life.

IV. PAYMENT & FEES

Full payment is required upfront. Payment plans are available for orders over 100€ (≈118$).

Additional fees may apply if the maximum amount of free revisions is exceeded (see 'Revisions' section below).

Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the request.

I may personally choose to enhance the artwork further at my discretion, and I will not charge extra for the additional work. However, please note that this may potentially affect the ETA, and any necessary deadline extensions will require your approval. I will not tolerate any pressuring for free add-ons.

V. REFUND POLICY

Full refund: If I have not started your piece.

Partial refund:

During Sketch stage (Initial & Final): 75%.

You cannot request refunds once you approve the final sketch.

If I am unable to finish your commission, you will be refunded 70% (excluding transaction fees).

No refunds once the final piece is completed.

I will NOT cover transaction fee losses after issuing a refund.

I’m not responsible for mistakes made on your part over the course of the transaction.

VI. REVISIONS

You get 3 free revisions total (1 major during sketch + 2 minor before base colors).

After that, extra changes will cost extra depending on the complexity of the change.

Major changes can’t be made once coloring starts.

Revisions due to my mistakes are always free.

No further revisions allowed once the artwork has been completed.

For SKEB / Surprise Me commissions, revisions aren’t allowed.

VII. SKEB / SURPRISE ME

No previews at all, what you’ll get is a full surprise!

These types of commissions follow most of the same terms, but no WIPs or revisions will be provided.

Sending references for poses and face expression is required.

VIII. WORKFLOW & DELIVERY

The general estimated time of arrival (ETA) is 1-3 months, depending on the type of artwork (bust-ups typically take a week).

The given ETA will apply after the final sketch is approved. (unavailable for skeb)

I will work on commissions in the order received within my waitlist/commission queue.

Delays may occur due to unpredictable life events. I will notify you as soon as possible should any issues arise, thank you for your understanding.

The process is divided into four stages:

I. Sketch (initial + final)

II. Lineart

III. Base Colors

IV. Rendering (initial + final)

I will send work-in-progress (WIP) updates throughout the process at each stage, via your preferred method of contact. Please kindly provide feedback after receiving each WIP, you are allowed to edit the WIPs as you wish for better communication. (unavailable for skeb)

No progress will be made until each step is approved. (unavailable for skeb)

Sketches and WIPs will be shared through screenshots. (unavailable for skeb)

No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.

IX. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY

I, as the Artist, retain all the intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork (posting it in my portfolio, streaming, etc.).

The characters in the commission remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. (You basically own the character, but not the artwork itself.)

The commissioned work is strictly for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.

You must credit me when sharing or using the commissioned artwork, even if you have purchased commercial rights.

Allowed:

Print for personal use.

Crop or resize for use as avatars, headers, etc.

Adjust hue, saturation, and brightness.

Post on social media with credit. However, it is prohibited to use my work for self-promotion on any platform without paying for the appropriate commercial use license.

Not allowed:

Claim the artwork as your own.

Remove my watermark or signature if present.

Alter the artwork in any way not specified above. (If you have any doubts about improper use, feel free to DM me.)

Use the artwork for blockchain-related technology, including NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, generative AI or any future innovations in related fields.

Use the artwork commercially without purchasing the necessary commercial rights from me.

X. FINAL PRODUCT

Final work will be delivered as PNG files via Google Drive link or directly through VGen.

Default size: A3 (4961 x 3508 px) or 4K (4000 x 4000 px), 300-350 dpi, can request otherwise before work begins!

Transparent version available upon request (must be requested before lineart stage).

PSD files available for an extra fee (not optimized for rigging animation).

The files will be available for a limited time (up to 3 months). However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss. Please save them on your end!

Robux commissions

Strictly no refunds allowed. Please ensure you are fully committed before commissioning me.

A 50/50 payment plan will be available to ensure protection for both parties, given that Roblox does not offer a proper refund system. The first 50% of the payment will be required upfront before the sketch is provided, with the remaining 50% due after the sketch is approved or upon completion of the artwork, prior to the delivery of all files.

Please note that the 50% deposit required upfront before sketch is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Gift cards/Codashop as a method of payment

If you opt for this method, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

ETA: 1-3 months (bust-ups usually take a week). Delays may occur due to studies or to avoid wrist strain. I’ll update you if this happens, please be understanding!

MOP: VGen, Robux, Gift Cards (Amazon, Steam, etc.), or Codashop (LADS)— PayPal is currently unavailable, thank you for your understanding!

Please note that the add-on prices are only a rough estimate, prices may increase or decrease depending on the complexity of your request.

To calculate robux prices, please use an exchange rate of 90 robux per 1€ and add tax to the total price! Taxes will be exempted if you have enough group funds and know how to properly operate the transaction.
